We hope you enjoyed your coffee! In keeping with the ethos of Wild Goose we roasted the coffee you have just had less than 15 miles away.
When we were approached about the coffee at Wild Goose and heard the story, the aims and the vision for a high end, as locally sourced as possible, brunch destination in the heart of Aberdeen, we got very excited. We got excited both to visit ourselves but also excited about having our coffee served in such an establishment.
While the coffee you have just been served may have come from some very far away places it ended its journey around the world in a sack of green coffee at our roastery just outside Aberdeen in Udny. There we lovingly roasted it with huge care and attention before delivering it into Aberdeen. All the coffee served here will have been roasted in the last few months and at the peak of its quality.
